DOD Tech provides one (1)year Manufacture Warranty from the date of purchase (Product warranty may vary from regions). This warranty applies only to DOD Tech products that are new on the date of purchase from an authorized DOD Tech product reseller. All accessories include batteries carry a six(6) months warranty. Any products repaired or replaced by DOD Tech will be under warranty for the remaining warranty period.

This warranty service is offered to the defect caused under normal use. It does not include failure caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear and tear.

During the manufacturer warranty period, DOD Tech shall be responsible for all materials, labor and Taiwan domestic freight. All costs arising from customs duties and international shipping charges when moving abroad (outside of the region/country purchased) are the user's responsibility.

Please contact the authorized service center/dealer whom you purchased from, to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the authorized service center is not located in your region/country, please contact us.
